Some Throgs Neck residents say Locust Point Street bus sign keeps moving

Several Throgs Neck residents say someone is tearing down their bus stop sign, causing chaos for people who take the bus. Residents say the Locust Point Street bus stop sign has been moved three times by the Department of Transportation (DOT). They also say some bus riders have taken the sign down because they are frustrated that the DOT keeps moving it. A spokesperson for the DOT says all signs are in the proper place. The MTA determines where the buses will stop, and the DOT places the signs accordingly.
