Missing deliveryman found trapped in elevator in Tracey Towers

A Chinese food deliveryman who was missing since Friday was found stuck in an elevator Tuesday morning. Fire officials say they found 35-year-old Ming Kung Chen stuck in an elevator between the fourth and fifth floors of the Tracey Towers. Chen was treated for dehydration at Montefiore Medical Center.Fire officials say the building does have an intercom, but they did not notice security cameras inside the elevator. The incident is being investigated. For years residents say they've been complaining to RY Management about security, broken elevators and other issues. A spokesperson for RY Management said a review of the security cameras shows the man must have been standing in the corner of the elevator because he wasn't on videotape.
