Some Woodlawn residents rally outside DEP office over filtration plant

Protesters say they are upset over the closed-door meetings that monitor the construction of the filtration plant. They add they want to get the information about the plant first-hand.

One DEP board representative says the meetings would lose their focus if people outside the committee were allowed to participate. However, protesters think the DEP is hiding information that affects residents.
