Deliveryman stuck in Tracey Towers elevator for three days fears deportation

The Chinese food deliveryman who was stuck in an elevator for more than three days was released from Montefiore Medical Center Friday. Now, he faces a new challenge. Fire officials found 35-year-old Ming Kung Chen stuck in an elevator between the fourth and fifth floors of Tracey Towers last week. Chen said he tried to talk to security through an intercom, but he didn't understand them because they were speaking English. Chen was found several days later when a security guard heard an alarm going off. The incident has brought Chen?s illegal immigrant status to light. Immigration officials, however, said Chen is not a threat to national security and therefore not a priority. Related story Missing deliveryman found trapped in elevator in Tracey Towers
