One of the Bronx?s top basketball players may be transferring out of state

One of the top basketball players in the Bronx may soon be transferring out of state.

Reports say Curtis Kelly is thinking of transferring from Rice High School to Oak Hill Academy Prep School in Virginia. Kelly would be a favorite for the Player of the Year award if he stays at Rice.

Kelly says after the Raiders lost to Xaverian in the Catholic League city finals and then to St. Mary?s in the state semifinals he is considering the move.
