Bronx drivers complain recent parking tickets are unfair

Some Bronx drivers are complaining that recent parking tickets they received are unfair.

Since construction started on the Henry Hudson Parkway service road and West 239th Street, the bus stop has been moved around the corner. Drivers who park in the new bus stop have been ticketed for $115.

Residents say the change came too quickly and without any notice. Many are angry they were not informed about the project. Ticketed drivers say they have tried to contact the Department of Transportation to complain about the fines but have had no luck. They say they will fight the tickets in court.
