Residents of Tracey Towers given a timeline for building repairs

Residents at Tracey Towers received some good news Monday after the complex?s landlord announced a timeline for building repairs.RY Management?s pledge is the first since a deliveryman was stuck in one of building?s elevators for almost four days last month. Bronx residents say they continue to tell management they need better security and stairwells. They also say that hallways need to be cleaned and problems in their apartments need to be fixed in a timelier manner. The company is promising to make repairs to the apartments and elevators. However, many residents in the buildings remain skeptical.
