Bronx teens looking for summer jobs advised to start applying for positions

It?s not too late for teens looking for summer employment to get a job. There are many employers in the Bronx looking for summer help. The Bronx zoo is hiring, but positions are filling up fast. The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation is hiring lifeguards for its beaches and pools. The position pays $10 an hour, but you must be at least 16 years old. Teens are advised to apply now in order to make sure they secure a summer position. It may take a little legwork, but experts say the jobs are out there.
