Soundview company accused of taking advantage of mourning families

Customers looking for a gravestone say Precious Monuments in Soundview took advantage of their vulnerable state in order to turn a profit. Several families who signed contracts with the company say they were overcharged for tombstones that weren?t delivered on time. A former employee of Precious Monuments says orders are often late or unfinished because the owner doesn't allocate the money correctly. One woman says the company takes advantage of mourning families. The owner of Precious Monuments says the scamming claims are ridiculous. He says certain projects weren't finished because the customers never paid for the work.
