Crime is down across the Bronx and city, according to FBI report

Crime is down across the Bronx and city, according to an FBI report released Monday. Mayor Michael Bloomberg (R-NY) and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly announced the results saying the city hasn?t been this safe since the 1960s. The decrease averaged four percent citywide. Bronx numbers also show a decline in the amount of rapes, murders and robberies. Larceny was the only crime that increased in the Bronx.
