Bronx residents celebrate Puerto Rican heritage

Bronx residents celebrated Puerto Rican heritage Sunday in Hunts Point.

People of all ages were wearing Puerto Rican flags and clothes to show off how proud they are of their culture. Vendors set up tables stocked with t-shirts, hats and flags all with the Puerto Rican theme. One Bronx man says the traditions can be celebrated by people of all culture.

Bronx residents showed their Puerto Rican pride in many different ways, but they all said had a great time celebrating their culture.
