Drivers across the Bronx in search of cheap gas as holiday weekend approaches

With many people expected to hit the road this holiday weekend, drivers across the Bronx are searching for relief at the gas pump.

According to AAA, gas prices have hit record highs with drivers in New York City paying an average of $2.41 a gallon. In the Bronx, drivers are doing what they can to find cheaper gas. Prices at four gas stations across the borough ranged from $2.43 a gallon to $2.69. Some drivers said they travel out of state to get gas.

So for the big holiday weekend, drivers will either have to pay the price or stay at home.
