Security stepped up at Bronx subway, bus stations following London terror attacks

Security at Bronx subway stations has been beefed up Thursday following terror attacks on the London transit system. More than 30 people were killed after four explosions rocked three subway stations and tore through a double-decker bus.

The 149th Street and Grand Concourse Station is just one of the areas where extra patrols are present. Police officers are patrolling the subway and bus stations, and keeping any eye on commuters.

City officials are asking all Bronx residents to be on alert and report any suspicious activity to police.
