MetroStars players pay visit to Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club

Some MetroStars players paid a visit to the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club Wednesday.

MetroStars defender Tim Ward says the players held a soccer clinic for the kids to learn more technical skills. Ward says the goal of the clinic was to introduce soccer to some Bronx kids who don?t play the sport.

The Kips Bay unit director says he was pleased and delighted to have the players. He adds that it was an amazing experience for the children.
