The beat went on along the Grand Concourse for the Dominican Day parade

Participants laced up both their marching and dancing shoes for the annual Dominican Day parade Sunday.

The wheels of the parade?s festive floats drove along the Grand Concourse that was lined with thousand of Bronx spectators. Attendants showed their support for their heritage by waving Dominican flags. Those in the crowd also waved their feet as they watched dozens of floats and dancers salsa down the parade route.
