Students help strengthen Bronx community by connecting people with services

? The National Student Partnership Program (NSPP) is helping link Bronx residents with various social programs.

The NSPP employs student volunteers to directly link clients to employment, housing, child care and health care programs. The main goal of the program is to strengthen the community.

The program was founded by Yale University undergrad students. According to their Web site, it is the nation?s only student-run service that connects people with programs.
