Bronx train derailment still hampering service for Amtrak riders

Amtrak riders in the Bronx will have to spend extra time at the train station Thursday. Service is still delayed after a freight train derailed in the Bronx Tuesday. Amtrak trains are running on regular schedules, but commuters can expect 45-minute delays. Officials are working to repair overhead electric power lines that are necessary for the trains to run. Acela and Metroliner service between Boston and New York remains out of service.
