Bronx celebrates the anniversary of women?s suffrage

To celebrate the 85th anniversary of women?s suffrage Friday, the Bronx is joining in a citywide non-partisan voter registration drive.

Residents were able to register to vote at Bronx Metro Tech Centers all day Friday. Registration forms will be available in English, Spanish, Chinese and Korean.

Many Bronx residents are currently not registered to vote. So city officials are encouraging eligible voters register and take part in the Democratic process.
