Changes at Holy Cross Elementary School in Harding Park have parents outraged

Parents at one Harding Park school were greeted with an unwelcome surprise as catholic school students across the Bronx headed back to school Wednesday.When students arrived at Holy Cross Elementary School, parents were told that classes had to be consolidated. Parents say they are outraged that they were not informed about the changes and some took their children out of school.A spokesperson from the archdiocese admitted that it was an oversight that parents were not informed about the changes before Wednesday. They also said the decision to consolidate the classes was carefully made and that classes would stay as they are.
