Bronx residents remember victims of 9/11 during ceremony

In honor of the 4th anniversary of the terror attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, Bronx residents and community leaders gathered for a ceremony at the Bronx County Courthouse.

Family members, residents and elected officials stood silently in front of the 9/11 plaque while the names of all 143 Bronx victims were read out loud. In addition to reading the victims? names, those who died during the attacks were also remembered by local churches who tolled their bells.

The ceremony was led by Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion Jr.
