Parade celebrates Bronx diversity

No matter what color, social status or gender, several Bronx residents gathered Sunday for the ?One Nation Bronx Day Parade.?

The parade was held to celebrate the borough?s diverse ethnicity and share residents' one common interest ? the Bronx. The event was lead by borough leaders who marched down the Grand Concourse. The parade was filled with a plethora of dancing venues too, from marching drummers to hip-hop dancers.

This is only the second year for the parade but organizers say they hope to make it an annual event.
