Bronx commuters plagued with flooding on streets, railways

As the rain continues Thursday, Bronx residents are feeling the effects of the wet conditions throughout the borough.

Those commuters who drive have been plagued with flooded streets and highways. Subway and bus riders should also expect some delays as the rain continues.

Meteorologists expect an additional three to five inches of rain in the area over the new few days. City officials urge drivers to stay off the roads if possible. They also say all drivers should travel with caution in the slick conditions.
