Web site helps Bronx residents save hundreds at the grocery store

A new Web site provides some useful tips to help Bronx residents fill their carts with more groceries for less cash.

Teri Gault, founder of The Grocery Game, says one of the most important tips to remember is to use coupons with sale items. Gault says residents should not buy items on a per meal basis, which leads to overspending. If one is abiding to the rules of The Grocery Game, they should buy sale products that can be used for later.

Participants in The Grocery Game say they save an average of $100 per week.
