Flood watch, wind advisory issued for the Bronx

As heavy rain continues to pound the Bronx, the National Weather Service issued both a flood watch and wind advisory Tuesday.

The heavy rains and winds are due to the remnants of Hurricane Wilma and a developing Nor?easter. Forecasters predict winds up to 25 miles per hour with gusts between 50 to 60 miles per hour. Localized flooding may be possible on some Bronx roadways.

All Bronx residents are urged to use caution while driving on the wet roads. They are also warned of knocked down trees and power lines.
