Bronx, city voters have a chance to make changes to the City Charter
Bronx and city voters will have a chance to make changes to the City Charter Tuesday.
Many residents will have an opportunity to vote on a pair of ballot proposals on Election Day. One proposal would require the mayor to establish a code of ethics for administrative law judges and hearing officers. The second seeks to solidify some of the provisions to the state Financial Emergency Act.
Voters will also decide on a New York City mayor Tuesday.
