Anthony Avenue tenants living in slum conditions upset with landlord

Residents of one Anthony Avenue apartment complex say their building has a slew of problems ranging from lack of heat to graffiti covered walls and their landlord is doing nothing to alleviate the situation.

Many residents say despite several attempts to contact their landlord, the heat and hot water does not always work. Tenants also say every time it rains, their ceilings leak and parts of it start to cave in. Residents say for more than a year, they have tried calling their landlord on a daily basis but he does not answer or says there is nothing he can do to help.

Some tenants say despite previous failed attempts to take their landlord to court they will continue their fight through the legal system.
