Bronx and city team prays for victory during CHSFL game

The best of the best throughout the Bronx and the city were drafted to play in the Catholic High School Football League (CHSFL) game against a group of students representing Long Island.

The boys from the city started Sunday?s game with a rough start. After trailing behind Long Island 14-10 at the half, the city team started to pray more during halftime. Their prayers must have worked because the city team won the game 17-14.

The game was held at Hofstra University.
