Some Bronx residents suffer from seasonal depression during holidays

The holidays are not an enjoyable experience for all Bronx residents.

With the beginning of winter, many suffer from what doctors at Jacobi Medical Center call seasonal depression. Many residents say the memories of loved ones that have passed away often trigger their depression. Doctors recommend anyone suffering from depression improve their eating habits, get rest, talk to friends and remain active.

Doctors say if the problem persists seek professional help.Related Link:Jacobi Medical Center
