Morrisania apartment complex provides help to residents with special needs

Many residents of the Franklin Avenue Apartment Complex say living there has changed their lives. The complex, located in Morrisania, provides housing to low-income Bronx residents. Workers are also on hand to assist residents with mental health issues. In addition, social workers give counseling and help tenants with everyday problems. A similar building is set to open in Highbridge in March and another will open on Davidson Avenue in 2007.
