Bronx residents ponder what to change in 2006

Some Bronx residents are reflecting on 2005 and trying to decide what changes they want to make for the new year.

One change topping the list of resolutions is to quit smoking. Other residents say they plan to live a healthier life style or be better parents. And some residents say they aren't going to bother making a resolution because it?s too hard to stick to it.

Experts say the best ways to keep resolutions are to have a strong commitment to change from the very beginning and to keep track of progress.
