Bronx, city eighth-graders encouraged to attend high school fairs
It may only be January, but it is not too early for some Brooklyn parents to start thinking about where their eighth-graders will be going to school this fall.The New York City Department of Education is holding 2005-2006 High School Admissions Process fairs for Bronx and city students. The fairs will feature new smaller high schools that are opening this fall throughout the borough. All students, even those who've already submitted a high school application, are encouraged to attend.
