Eagle Ave. residents battle fines, mess after backyard wall collapse

in November that it would help them fight the fines and fix the wall by December. Now, the agency says it is ?committed to starting the work as soon as possible.?

The DOB has informed residents that the case could be turned over to a collections attorney.
