A Cardinal Hayes grad is heading to the Pittsburgh Steelers after being selected in the NFL draft. Willie Colon, who had an All-American senior year at Hofstra, was the 131st selection in the 2006 draft.

A Cardinal Hayes grad is heading to the Pittsburgh Steelers after being selected in the NFL draft.
Willie Colon, who had an All-American senior year at Hofstra, was the 131st selection in the 2006 draft. While at Hofstra, Colon even earned his way onto the offensive line.
Colon said last week that it would be nice to be picked but once he is, it's game time.
