Accused killer of cop in the BX wants redo on incriminating statements

? An actor who allegedly killed an off-duty NYPD cop will appear in a Bronx court Thursday in an attempt to get his statements thrown out.

Lillo Brancato Jr.?s attorney plans to argue that Brancato was injured and needed help when he openly told police his accomplice shot officer Daniel Enchautegui. Authorities say Enchautegui lived next door to the Bronx apartment Brancato and Steven Armento were breaking into for drugs in December. The officer returned fire, injuring the suspects before he died.

Armento is also expected to appear at the motion hearing.
