The show will go on for Lehman High School students

Lehman High School students will have a chance to perform their version of the Broadway show "Chicago". The students were ordered to stop the show because the school is within 75 miles of the Great White Way. On Tuesday, however, the producer sent a letter to the school granting permission for an unlicensed single performance. Last week Samuel French Inc., the licensing agency that represents the authors of the Broadway show, sent a "cease and desist order" to the school saying that it had not asked for permission to put on the musical.
