Officials distributed $2,000 worth of coupons at the South Bronx Community Garden Market Wednesday. Participants say farmer's markets are needed to increase residents? access to fresh produce.
The South Bronx Community Garden Market is open Wednesdays from noon to 7 p.m. until November.
