Tenants of a Bronx high-rise apartment building are fed up and have signed a petition in support of a lawsuit against building management.
Residents of Tracy Towers on West Mosholu Parkway say the building is in desperate need of repairs and services and management has ignored their requests. They are complaining of leaky ceilings and a broken intercom system. Tenants also say safety issues are not being addressed while a wall is being put into place. They say during construction of the wall, a vacate order was put into place concerning a driveway, however, cars continue to pass through.
Tenants have more than 100 signatures for a lawsuit against Tracy Towers for lack of services and repairs. Building management says their top priority has always been the security and comfort of tenants.
