The Family Weight Management Program at Jacobi Medical Center is working to help parents reduce childhood obesity.
Dieticians say children learn most of their eating habits from their parents. The program offers counseling, work-out routines and support to help parents teach their children how to eat healthier.
The program in not free, but it is usually covered by insurance to avoid out of pocket expenses.
