One non-profit group is working to help Bronx residents who can?t make ends meet. About 29 percent of Bronx residents live below the poverty line, according to latest U.S. Census Bureau report. In an effort to feed their families, many head to the Relief Bus of NYC. The bus is a converted school bus equipped with a food service unit and a counseling office. Steve Pastor has been running the bus at Tremont Park for about a year. He says in that time, his group has helped hundreds of Bronx residents get back on their feet. His says his goal is to continue making a difference in the community.
