reported that both her baby sitter and doctor suspected abuse, but the baby sitter waited almost a month-and-a-half to report it. The pediatrician did not report anything at all. Paul Tejada Jimenez was charged in Marillo's death and pleaded innocent. He's due back in court on November 2.
