The St. Louis school system reportedly warned city officials about the firm after they were forced to file for bankruptcy as a result of the firm?s suggestions.Alvarez and Marcel's services are reportedly costing the city millions of dollars. However, the firm reportedly says it has helped the city save $108 million this year.
