Harding Park community feels left out in cold during storm
Harding Park residents complain the city has left their small neighborhood out in the cold when it comes to plowing snow.
Homeowners say while they are responsible for clearing narrow roads, the city is still obligated to clean major streets near Harding Park. Residents, many of whom are senior citizens, say they were trapped in their homes since Wednesday. They argue the city only plowed major streets after they repeatedly called 311. Homeowners say they pay taxes like all New Yorkers and the city should respond faster to their needs.
City officials tell News 12 The Bronx they are addressing the complaints.
