(AP) - A 12-year-old Bronx girl is in critical condition at a hospital after being shot in the back Sunday.
Police say there was a dispute between two groups of people at a house party on Marion Avenue when shots rang out around 3 a.m. The girl was struck by a bullet during the shooting.
She was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital. An investigation is ongoing.
