4 people wounded in Walton Avenue shooting
Police are investigating a shooting on Walton Avenue that left four people wounded.Police say the incident happened around 11:15 p.m. Thursday. Officials tell News 12 The Bronx that three of the victims were men and one was a woman.According to officials, three people were shot in the leg and the fourth was shot in the foot. Officials say they were taken to area hospitals and that the injuries are not serious.Neighbors say that a group of teens was hanging out in front of a bodega on Walton Street, which had closed for the night. On Friday morning, residents were able to check out a bullet hole that remains in the bodega's ice box.Police say they have not made any arrests yet in the shooting and are still investigating.
