The MTA is reportedly set to increase various fares across the city since the base fare of $2 is staying put.According to the New York Times, the increases will affect unlimited weekly and monthly MetroCards, Metro-North and Long Island Rail Road fares. Tolls on the Port Authority's bridges and tunnels will also rise. The MTA says the increase is expected to be about 3.85 percent.Last week, Gov.
