Buzzing bees return to Bronx building
Hundreds of bees returned to a Crotona Avenue building Tuesday after being removed by a beekeeper on Memorial Day.?You?ve got pheromones on the wall left that smell like the queen,? says beekeeper James Fischer. ?So they?re gathering there.?The Department of Health says that this is not a common occurrence in the Bronx. The department also says there are plenty of beekeepers available to handle any other bee swarms.
