Police are investigating a triple shooting that happened early Sunday morning on Elder and Watson avenues.

Neighbors say they woke up to gunshots, and thought they heard more than one gun go off. One person died and two others are in the hospital.

Police received a 911 call for one man shot in the chest, but found the three bodies along the same strip. Authorities say the suspects fled on Watson Avenue. Police haven?t released any information about possible suspects.

Neighbors, however, say the incident is probably gang related since the area is no stranger to gang violence. Neighbors say they want the streets cleaned up.
