Apartment roof collapses on Bronx tenant

After his apartment's roof collapsed, a man living in a 940 Fox St. apartment says management should have seen it coming.

Antonio Astorga says he could have been killed. He says he was sleeping on a couch in his apartment when the ceiling collapsed, and he now claims his neck, back and knee were injured by the falling rubble.

Astorga says he had been complaining about water damage for over two years, but management ignored his pleas.

Now, Astorga just wants a new roof, which he says management has promised to repair by Tuesday night.
