7-Eleven brews up presidential poll
McCain or Obama? That is the question not only for voters across the country, but also for coffee drinkers at 7-Eleven.
Bronx residents can express their preference while buying coffee at a local 7-Eleven. Pick a blue cup and you're for Democratic Sen. Barack Obama. Choose a red cup, and you prefer Republican Sen. John McCain.
The results are being tallied by the convenience store chain for its third unscientific 7-Election Coffee Cup poll. Bronx residents will be able to pour their support behind McCain or Obama 24 hours a day until midnight on Election Day, Nov. 4.
Dallas-based 7-Eleven says it will post the results of the poll on its Web site and plans to include daily tallies of national and state "votes."
