Police ask for help finding missing Bronx girl
A 12-year-old Bronx girl has been missing since Friday and police are asking for help to find her.
Destiny Torres was last seen wearing a red and black jacket with a black-hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. According to police, she is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds.
Police say the girl lived at 1041 University Ave. Security there says the building is a homeless shelter. Sources also say Torres has been reported missing before and that she is a chronic runaway.
